Art Competition Entry for the Melbourne Royal Show – no photo required

Description

All WholeArtEd students have the opportunity to enter one or more artworks into the 2026 Melbourne Royal Show Art and Craft Competition. (Including the ‘Wild at Art’ works completed in 2025 and 2026). Entries will need to be confirmed and paid for by:

1pm Tuesday 18th August

To submit artwork(s) to this optional Competition, fill in the details above and purchase one entry per artwork. (The Primary students’ Mini Houses would be classed as ‘Sculpture & 3D Form’ and ‘Wild at Art’ pieces would come under ‘Drawing.’)

If we don’t already have it, we will need your child’s work by Wednesday, 16/9 or before you leave for the September Holiday Break. (Students will have a few weeks to work on any unfinished ‘Wild at Art’ pieces before 16/9, but will need to have the entry form completed by 18/8.)

We will then:

• Submit your child’s work to M.R.S. on your behalf
• Print and attach the official entry labels
• Add backing-card, if required
• Hand-deliver the artwork to the Spotlight Pavilion at the Royal Melbourne Show
• Take photos & video of the work on display during the Show, in case you are not able to attend
• Collect and return the artwork once the Show has finished
• Collect and distribute any Certificates, Ribbons or Prizes.
