Without knitting needles, create a scarf using your fingers and special pre-looped yarn in one of 6 different colours. Each person will craft half a scarf in class and be assisted to either:
- join it to their family member’s half in class to make one whole scarf
- attach the second ball of yarn and be shown how to secure the loose end so they can complete it at home. (Finishing/’casting off’ with this yarn is far easier than conventional knitting)
