Use polymer clay to create a mini treasure chest & quick Frederick McCubbin-inspired ‘Rock’ for *Drop-a-Rock Day.
While the clay bakes, learn how to use a Geocache App & follow GPS orienteering clues (as a team) to hunt for the geocache hidden at our studio. Like many others, our McCubbin-themed geocache contains ‘treasures’ to swap. You can choose to keep the ‘Rock’ you made or swap (drop) it for a trinket will that will fit perfectly in the treasure chest you made to take home. This geocache with remaining ‘Rocks’/trinkets will be later relocated to McCubbin Park (on the Blackburn Lake block), near where the artist lived & painted. No Device required
